“Cake Forest was founded by Rupali Salunke in year 2005. She has completed her diploma in Bakery and Confectionery from S.N.D.T. college, Pune in year 1993. After having 4 years of experience working in a bakery, Rupali decided to start one of her own. On account of best quality and delicious taste of all products, Cake Forest has quickly become a neighbourhood favorite. Being passionate about baking, Rupali always tries to deliver something innovative to the customers. Her mission from the start is to bake everything fresh each day, a mission that remains solidly in place for almost 14 years later!
She is now accompanied by her Daughter Vedika Salunke, who has completed her bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Vedika is a Bakery Chef currently working in a five star Hotel.
